Halloween Help..

I don’t know where I should go or do for my birthday?
Bar hopping? Party bus? 
I’m in the middle of moving.. I’m leaving my apartment to move in with a friend & They’re house is in the city so that’s a no go…

Please help…… I’m up for any suggestion.. =/
